For whom?

For anyone who wants to start or to keep going. Beginners learn from zero in their own group — no prior experience or certificate needed; your first freediving course happens right here, by the sea. Those who already dive (AIDA2+) train at depth in their level group. We see and personally guide everyone's level from day one.

What to bring

Your own mask strongly recommended. Fins, wetsuit (3–5 mm), weights and belt can be rented if needed. Lanyard required for sessions.

Travel insurance with freediving coverage is strongly recommended. Arrange before departure.
