For whom?
AIDA2 required: 12 m+ depth, 2 min static, 40 m dynamic. Can be completed in Prague before the trip.
What to bring
Your own mask strongly recommended. Fins, wetsuit (3–5 mm), weights and belt can be rented if needed. Lanyard required for sessions.
Travel insurance with freediving coverage is strongly recommended. Arrange before departure.
