
Three days in Europe's deepest pool (45 m). Four coached sessions in warm thermal water — each with stretching, breathing, briefing and debrief. Optional certification on the same trip: AIDA2 Depth (if AIDA2 Pool is already done) or AIDA3 (if AIDA2 Depth is already done).
Three-day trip to Poland and DeepSpot — the deepest pool in Europe, 45 metres deep. Warm thermal water, no waves, no currents: ideal conditions for freediving.
For anyone who has already tried freediving at around 8 metres and wants to go deeper. Four coached sessions in the pool, plus video technique analysis, an equalization workshop for deeper dives, sharing after sessions, and stretching and breathing before each session.
Schedule:
Friday: session 20:30–22:00
Saturday: sessions 08:30–10:00 and 16:30–18:00
Sunday: session 08:30–10:00
Optional certification on the same trip: if you already hold AIDA2 Pool, add the «4 sessions + AIDA2 Depth certification» option to close the depth module of AIDA2 (CWT ≥12m, buddy meet ≥10m, rescue BO from 5–10m). If you already hold AIDA2 Depth, add the «4 sessions + AIDA3 certification» option. Certification is issued after the camp.
